Falls Creek Outdoors offers professional training sessions where private individuals or small groups can learn the art of fly fishing through personalized detailed instruction in fly tying and/or fly casting. Equipment/materials and small snack supplied. December – July.
More then just a class…
These tying sessions provide in-depth training with tips on tool and material selection with techniques for creating bugs that match the hatch to launch your angling success! Fly casting covers line selection, leaders, knots, rod & reel selection, casting, mending, stripping, fighting fish and wading tips. An introductory class is a great way to inspire you to join in on the love of the outdoors through the art and sport of fly fishing!

*** 2 HR group fly tying session – up to 8 tyers per session.
*** 2 HR fly casting lesson – 1-2 casters per session.
***3 HR One-on-One Fly casting and/or tying lesson.
*** Fly Tying Party – Special 3 hour party for six! During this party, learn to master the Muddler Minnow, favored by many anglers as the best fly ever designed! Includes supplies, instruction, refreshments and light snacks. Each participant gets to bring home their creation.
